well, wednesday was nice.. siena was almost exactly the same as i remembered it and i could even picture myself sitting in the main piazza from 6 years ago.
the duomo was also quite beautiful and i took a photo with my classmates right on the wall outside of the duomo where i have a photo with my family 6 years ago
the miserable part was the bus ride.. because siena's far away from Rome so it was a 3.5 hour bus ride both ways :(
then thursday was also fun. instead of going to school, our class took the metro into downtown Rome for a presentation about this project "Europa va a scuola" [europe goes to school] that my class will participate, where its kindof like a group who wants to be a millionaire with all sorts of geography questions involving the european union. and it was nice to be away from school for another day.
yesterday after school; me, my mom, and 2 sisters went to downtown rome and did some shopping then met up with my older sisters boyfriend and went to a pizzeria. i had this really good margherita pizza with peppers, but it was imposssibleee to eat.
today i'm lazing around the house, then this evening i'm going to a going away party for the 10 exchange students who were here for the week [the same sort of thing i did in sicily]
i feel bad, because they were here for a week and this is the first time i'm meeting them and its a going away party.
also, its now vacanze di pasqua [spring break] so hopefully i'll do something fun in the upcoming week.
